webrealty.com is an online licensed real estate agent, servicing all aspects of the residential real estate market, whilst PackageMeUp deals with multiple builders selling complete House & Land Packages, both throughout the south eastern regions of Casey & Cardinia in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Both entities are directed by George Racz, a highly motivated professional offering sales and marketing expertise to all types of property owners as well as developers at the cutting edge of the industry, with much knowledge, expertise and a wealth of experience gained from almost 20 years as a sales & marketing specialist.
For the majority of his career in real estate, George has serviced major land developers, delivering end-to-end projects of 18 residential subdivisions and 8 Display Villages. He possesses a proven ability to take a project from its initial concept through to the sale of individual homesites, due to individual expertise, a hands-on approach, high motivation and a strong commitment to the vendor. His great success was acknowledged in 2002 when webrealty.com received the prestigious UDIA “Award for Excellence” as Marketing Consultant in the category of “Best Residential Development of 200 lots or more” for the Panorama Private Estate in Beaconsfield – a Peet Limited residential development.
webrealty.com, now trading wholly online, has subsequently moved into a broader portfolio of property sales, such as broadacre land for development, smaller development sites such as medical centres and child care, rural/farm & lifestyle property, apartments/townhouses & unit, established homes and commercial property.
